Red/Black Factor (Extension) Test Tests for dominance (E/E), recessiveness (e/e) or heterozygosity (E/e) at the Extension locus, which controls the production of red and dark pigment in the horse's coat. $25
Agouti Test Tests for dominance (A/A), recessiveness (a/a) or heterozygosity (A/a) at the Agouti locus, which controls the distribution of black pigmentation in the horse's coat. $25
Grey Test Tests for the zygosity (G/G or G/g) of the Grey allele. $25
Creme Dilution Test Tests for dominance (Cr/Cr), recessiveness (c/c) or heterozygosity (Cr/c) of the crème dilution, which causes the colours commonly referred to as palomino, buckskin, smoky black, cremello, perlino, and smoky crème. $25
Silver Dilution Test Tests for the presence of the silver dilution allele (Z), which results in the coat colours often referred to as silver dapple and chocolate. $25
Pearl Dilution Test Tests for the presence of the Pearl allele (Prl) (also known as the Bar Link Factor), a rare dilution which is known to exist in Quarter Horses and some Baroque breeds. $25
Dun Test Tests for the zygosity (D/D or D/d) of the Dun allele. $25
Overo Test This test will determine whether your horse carries the gene that produces the Frame Overo pattern (O). This test is very important to pinto horse breeders because homozygosity (O/O) results in death of the foal. If your horse is heterozygous for this gene (O/o) you must take care to avoid breeding him to other carriers (O/o). $25
Tobiano Test This test will determine whether your tobiano horse is heterozygous (To/t) or homozygous (To/To) for the tobiano gene. $25
Sabino 1 Test This test will determine whether your horse carries the allele known to cause sabino patterning. $25
HYPP Test Hyperkalemic Periodic Paralysis Disease (HYPP) is a potentially lethal muscular disease known to exist in the American Quarter Horse and other stock horse breeds. The disorder is dominant, meaning both homozygous (H/H) and heterozygous (H/n) horses will show symptoms. $25
SCID Test Strongly recommended for Arabian foals. Test performed to detect Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Disorder which is most commonly found in Arabians. $25
